PictureIt’s spring in Boise and if you’re even remotely paying attention you’ve noticed all the people out on bikes in our great city. The hard core riders in spandex, the groups heading into the foothills on their mountain bikes, the families in their bikes with kid buckets or trail-a-bikes; pretty much every category of biker is out enjoying our great weather and also trying out some of our new protected bike infrastructure in the downtown street network. Today on the show we’ll be talking with Dave Fotsch, the executive director of the new Boise Bike Share.

We’ll be chatting with Dave about why Boise needs a bike share, how the program will be set up, and how he thinks the bike sharing program will change Boise for the better.
