Landscape painter Rachel Teannalach is Idaho Conservation League’s first artist in residence. Employing a “ Plein-Air” (on-site) painting approach allows Rachel to absorb the feeling of place as well as the colors and forms of the landscape. Twenty five percent of proceeds from her in residence landscape paintings goes to support the ICL’s. The ICL Artist in Residence program cultivates the relationship between Idaho’s natural world and its immense community of talented artists and art lovers. Troy Passey- left unsaid

Splash ImageToday’s show is a bit of a departure from our normal themes but nonetheless still related. I’m talking with local artist Troy Passey who is exhibiting at the Modern Art event in May at the Modern Hotel in Boise’s Linen District.
