Laura and I spoke with Dr. Tony Marker a professor of Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at BSU about the types of
change and how people adapt to changes (or not) depending upon the circumstances and change factors.

She co-authored the first report for the Northwest on trends in green building and has published follow up papers and articles since.
